We all struggle from time to time with something we find hard to resolve. For instance, our studying is not progressing at the rate we envisaged, or we have difficulty with a colleague, or maybe we have a problem in our relationship with our parents or life partner.
It could be that the problem is not big enough that it justifies going into therapy.
Sometimes we hope that the problem will solve itself. But other times we wish that there were somebody to talk to about it.
